Managing Associate

Jordon is regularly instructed on behalf of banks, asset and motor finance lenders/lessors, in relation to a broad spectrum of asset, motor and consumer finance litigation.
His experience includes defending lenders against claims-against, including mis-selling claims concerning PPI, solar panels and dealership/broker undisclosed commissions, claims under s.75 CCA 1974, associated issues under s.56 and s140A CCA 1974. Jordon also assists lenders with recovery of debts (regulated, unregulated, secured and unsecured) and assets from hirers, guarantors and intervening third parties.
He was recognised in the Legal 500 2023 as a Rising Star in Banking Litigation.

Experience
Jordon project managed a team responsible for successfully defending misselling claims commenced against lenders by Claimant law firms/CMCs; including both PPI and allegedly mis-sold solar panels claims;
He regularly advises clients on matters concerning allegations of undisclosed motor dealer commissions;
Motor lessors are supported by Jordon in relation to a breadth of issues: including those involving title disputes, satisfactory quality and wrongful interference.
