James focusses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, but also regularly advises on matters of corporate governance and reorganisations.
James advises on a wide range of clients, including individual entrepreneurs, private equity and venture capital funds through to large national and internal companies. He works across all TLT sectors, including Retail & consumer goods, TMT and Leisure, food & drink.
James takes a collaborative and proactive approach to advising clients to identify their goal and objectives. Through this approach James builds a deep understanding of his clients needs to become their trusted adviser.
James qualified as a solicitor in 2018 and has spent the whole of his career working in private practice corporate law.
